Hi there! I’m Brannon Blount, MS, RDN, a Registered Dietitian based in Danville, VA.

As a media dietitian, I collaborate with food, supplement, and healthcare brands to deliver key nutrition messages, build credibility, and enhance brand awareness. My goal is to guide individuals in understanding balanced, evidence-based nutrition amid often-conflicting diet advice.

I grew up gardening alongside my father and grandfather, and to this day, I continue to grow, can, and freeze my own fruits and vegetables. This hands-on experience has deeply influenced my approach to nutrition, underscoring the importance of high-quality, fresh ingredients for achieving optimal health. Early in my career, I recognized the widespread confusion around what constitutes a healthy diet. As a dietitian, I help my patients and clients navigate these complexities by breaking down the basics—like serving sizes and the role of carbohydrates and fats—while addressing individual needs shaped by specific health conditions.
